MICHAEL D. GIAMMARUSCO is a Junior Associate in the Litigation Department of Sontag & Hyman, P.C. He joined the firm in January of 2017.
Michael handles a wide variety of Landlord-Tenant litigation practicing primarily in the boroughs of Manhattan and the Bronx. His experience includes non-payment and holdover proceedings as well as housing preservation actions.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg School of Law in 2016 where he received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Professional Responsibility, was a winner of their annual lntraschool Trial Competition, and was the President of the Trial Advocacy Program. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics while achieving minors in Finance, Political Science, and History from The University of Scranton in 2013.
Michael is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
